Tour Guide at St. John's University
Class of 2020

Even though I have already made so many amazing memories at SJU, my favorite has to be when I stayed at our Rome campus. It was so much fun to be able to explore Rome with my friends while still being immersed in the SJU community!
I chose SJU because of the immediate rush of love I felt when I first stepped foot on campus. I also loved the fact that I could choose to submerge myself into my faith and continue to do so easily at school. To me, SJU is not just my school but its also my second home.
After touring many colleges in high school, SJU is the one that made all the difference; I think SJU is different because of our sense of community and how diverse we are as a community. Since SJU is a relatively small school, everyone on campus is closely-knit which makes us like one big family; kind of like the Brady Bunch but for college kids.
Because SJU has subject me to so many new people and opportunities, I have since gotten the courage to come out of my shell and out of my comfort zone. Before college I would go out of my way to be unseen, but now here I am as a Student Ambassador!
